Just to explain in case someone does not understand. We are about to release a German dubbed version of Center Seat. That is, the actors voices have been replaced by German voices.

I have seen a preview and it is very well done.

well, Peter, it was my intention to keep this little teaser vague... very vague....

perhaps it was too vague.

Anyway, I hope I can post the German voice-cast here soon...the only one missing is our "Captain Kirk", who will be the German dubbing-voice of James Cawley....   

After that, I will produce the score of this dubb since we had no luck contacting the original composer Patrick Phillips, I handed the task of adding new score to the Vignette to talented German composer Marc Teichert who also did the score for Juergen Kaiser`s Stop-Motion-Film "Star Trek: Enterprise TNG - Crossroads".

I`ll keep you posted.

Translator "Center Seat"-Dubb to German

note: I did the transation of the script, however the Dialogue-script for the voice-actors was written by Mr. Dennis Pauler, member of MindCrusher Studios,  who is also the producer of this dubb.

I will start putting together a Trailer for this dubbed Version of "Center Seat" in the next days... I have to see if I get original music for it or not... and if I can get my Editing-software to work properly.. haven`t used it in too many months....

But first the wallpaper-version of my Poster, an exclusive Premiere here at the P2-Forum....

It should be onilne on our German website in a few days.....

Wow, 120 days after I posted some news regarding the 1st official dubb of a "Phase 2" episode (or rather Vignette) to German....

well, here`s an update:

We`re close to finish this project, started in 2009! There has to be some polishing work done to the sound of the episode and also the German soundtrack has to be improved.... however, it seems we`ve found our missing voice actor for Captain Kirk! 

 - he has only 1 line anyway  -

I`ve done some work on the Poster for the German dubbed version, titled "Der Platz in der Mitte" and I`ll present a full-resolution poster as soon as I`ve got all the names of our German voice-cast and I`ve added them to the poster....

Unfortunately I can`t adapt this poster to a wallpaper, so the wallpaper I`ve posted as a preview could be added to the German website as soon as Peter has the time to give our site an much needed update....

I`ll keep you posted!

It took us 3 years! and hours of digital poster editing for me but finally we`re done! Thanks to our friends in the US who contributed to this: To Ralph Miller for supplying us with the soundeffects-track; and to Doug Drexler for rendering the opening sequence for us so we could add the episode title in German! You rock guys!
