This weekend was another terrific one for Project: Potemkin as we came together to film two vignettes (both written by David Eversole). Cast members Jeffrey Green, Eric R. Moore, Chris Coleman, Abby Evans, Dakota Dodge, Bill Mackenzie, Ande Ross, Stephanie Burke and Kim Landers came together Friday to film "Command Decision." The temperature on the set was cold and getting colder, but the cast did a great job, and we were able to complete the filming in about two and a half hours. On Saturday, Guest Star Ann Young joined the cast, and Eric Holt and Jessie Edwards tackled the makeup for Kim Landers' role of M'Anna, a Caitian navigator. The temperature on the set was truly cold until things warmed up. The Saturday shoot lasted 6 hours (about right for 6 pages). William C. Searcy took some excellent photos which he's shared here. Linda Marcusky hosted both shoots, and all in all it was an excellent end of the year. Look for one more SHORT vignette to finish up the Second Season of Potemkin!
My thanks to everyone involved with the production, for this weekend's shoot, as well as all the others this year. Next year, let's hope for more of the same!
