I am part of the "I Don't " side.  I also will watch "West Wing" and the new HBO "Newsroom". 
That's untill P2 delivers the next episode.

I finally saw my first 2 Presidential political ads, both for Romney.  However, I hesitate to say "saw" (grin) because, as soon as I knew what the ad was, I used the time to take a trip to the bathroom, hehehe.  I don't trust political ads anyway.  But, I do look forward to the debates.  As I said in my first post, they give both candidates ample opportunity to make significant statements or significant blunders.  And, I kinda look forward to the Ryan/Biden debate since Ryan will be forced to "Romneyize" his opinions ... some of which differ substantially from Romney's opinions.

Besides that, I'd also kinda like to see the "2016 - Obama's America" movie.  I'm hoping it'll come out on DVD before the election.  I realize it's basically a LONG political ad for Romney.  But, I've already seen its counterpart, "When Mitt Romney Came To Town," a not-so-long (30 mins) political ad that "seems" pro-Obama.  But, that isn't why the film was made.  The filmmaker was Jason Killian Meath, a conservative columnist who has had columns in Andrew Breitbart's "Big Government."  And, it was made for the "Winning Our Future" SuperPac - which had supported Newt Gingrich.  Hmmm ... does Newt hold a grudge against Mitt?

Hope you all enjoy the debates tonight I will not be watching Oh not for any reason you may have just thought, Its simple Thanks to our wonderful ( said with sarcasm) FCC I cannot get any station that will be carrying it. I get one station and it is out of Canada. But it does carry my CSI NY and Blue Bloods. I'm totally sick of reality shows.

Maybe I should send a note to both Romney and Obama and tell them I could not watch what was going on since FCC decided to mess up the viewer’s way of seeing TV. 

It is really madding when you're only 10 miles from a transmitter for PBS and cannot pick it up. I have a TV that is supposed to pick up any station in your area but if it doses it is only for a few hours at most then it is lost for days, and if I hook up the black box it is worse.

I will say in the country election here I did not vote for one lady running because I did not like how she was acting at a local event, If it was suppose to be Meet and Greet event she needs to find a dictionary and read it. I was at it for over an hour she did not come to me and say "My name is **** I'm running for **** and this is why I think I should be voted in ********" and as far as I know there was nothing to this effect before I got there, as no one spoke about her giving a talk before the game began.

She hung out with any group of men, let kids chase her pull on her sweater and look like they had tackled her to the ground, I thought she was some kid’s mom...It not until I was leaving and saw her car with her face on it I knew who she was. And the fact that some guy had a t shirt that had her name on it and vote for made no difference Heck I could have worn my Dennis Madalone sweat shirt that did not mean Dennis was there. I do plan on sending her a note and telling her why she lost my vote.

I found out more about Sam Kennedy ( SF 49ers) then I did her. Who I hope comes back next yr. to a big fishing tournament going on here he seems fun to talk to, and he was not running for anything.

I "wanted" to watch it but got "drafted" for damsel-in-distress duty.  My landlady's car was out of town (used by a daughter who was supposed to return it but didn't - long story).  Anyhoo, she had a friend visiting and was planning on ferrying her from Vader back to Tenino, Washington.  But without a car to do it, she showed up at my door begging for help.  So, I spent the debate time cruising up and down Interstate 5 (sigh).  Fortunately, PBS Newshour has the whole thing up on YouTube in resolutions all the way up to 1080:

I'm downloading the 720P version right now.  Should be finished in about 20 minutes.  And I've avoided all TV/radio reportage which usually includes pundit opinions so I can watch the debate without any kind of bias in tow.  Hehe, without seeing it yet, I'm guessing the toughest job of all is to be a member of the audience.  These debates have a zero tolerance policy toward cheering, clapping, booing, and jeering.

A lot of what I look for in debates is "body language."  Remember the Bush debate where he kept looking at his watch?

There is something to be said for that. Reportedly, those who heard the first Nixon/Kennedy debates on the radio declared him the clear winner, opposite those who watched it on TV.
