Star Trek writer Peter David has had a stroke
« on: December 30, 2012, 07:07:44 pm »
Please pray for Mr. Peter David. He's a great person, a wonderful writer and a friend of mine who helped me get started in the business in 1995. He's written hundreds of books and comics and produced and written for many TV shows. Star Trek, Spiderman, The Incredible Hulk, Space Cases, Babylon 5 among others. His talents have given the world a lot of enjoyment, and he can use your prayers. Thanks! -- Ken

My good pal and writing partner Peter David has had a stroke. Any positive thoughts, healing energy and prayers that you can spare to send his way will be appreciated. Peace.

Good thoughts and prayers on thier way.

I got to catch a Babylon 5 he did but missed the writer when it came on so I caught one spot and went HEY could it be.. by the time the credits started to run as it went off I knew it had to be him and it was, he has a way with words once you read a few books you know its him.

I'm not a praying person, but I certainly hope he recovers.  He's been a favorite author of mine for a long time.  In fact, I'm currently reading one of his Trek books on my Kindle.
