I have gottten use to the idea the shows or movies I grew up with are going to one day be changed so they can as  one reason says Grab new fans ... BUT this last one is  almost Blast a fimy (?) sorry badly spelled..

The last book out about Our Anne of Green Gables has a buxom blond with bedroom eyes,  This is not who Anne was.

The stories were not about what she was on the outside but who she was on the inside...
So any ideas why she had to be changed ....is changing Laura Ingalls far behind.
