I haven't been to the studio in awhile so I don't know the exact paper towel (dispenser type) need right now. I know before the November shoot there were quite a bit.

I will be going up soon (after taxes done LOL) to take an inventory (a more precise one) of any Craft Services needs and will let everyone know. It will be before the first of May so we will still have over a month to get all taken care of :)

Patty,

FYI, my order from the Costumer site finally shipped.  It's due for delivery at James' house via UPS on Monday (April 15th).

Coffee

I was wondering, how much coffee do you guys go through on an average shoot?

It varies from shoot to shoot. Since there's going to be several days away from the studio that will lessen the needs. Generally 1 small decaf will last as only 1 or 2 people drink it. I'm guessing 3 large regular coffee will probably be a good start. I'll know more after I take inventory

OK, after having taken inventory this is our needs:

1 case (12 rolls) dispenser paper towels (roll type)
6 large cans regular coffee (that should be a good start)
1 small can decaf coffee (as far as I know only one person drinks it)
small box of tea bags
55 gal trash bags (preferably the contractor type as they're stronger)
Sweet n Low
toilet paper - quite a few rolls
regular Paper Towels for cleaning purposes

Please reply here with what you intend to bring/donate so that I can keep the list up to date.

Thanks!!

By the way - There is a case of 6 dispenser paper towels that got wet in the last flood. They could probably be used to clean with if you tear off some first but I wouldn't want to put them in the dispensers

I won't be sending them out until next week - but cross these off your list.

Question ... do you want these sent to James or to you?  Unless you've moved, I already have your mailing address.

Hey Linda, I'll pick up a can of decaf when I arrive in Ti.

I drink it, too. My doc scowls menacingly if I quaff too much of the regular stuff....
