A add I once saw one time.
« on: July 28, 2013, 11:02:31 pm »
Some years ago, I saw part of one of the early early late show ads.  It was a sort of what-if type thing.  If Elvis had lived on, would he have ended up with a number of songs that others made popular.  One song I recall clearly was, All my Ex's Live in Texas.  There were also a number of love ballads.  All performed by Elvis impersonators.   I never saw that add again.   But it sticks in my mind.  I bet James would do a really wicked rendition of  Take this Job and Shove it, All my ex's, Some of Kenny Rogers stuff like Gambler, Lady, and others.

I know, it would never happen, but it is fun to think about.
